Generic power issues

My glasses are not turning on / seem unresponsive. What should I do?

• Your glasses may not be turned on. To turn them on, press and hold the multifunction button for about 2 seconds. The LED on the right temple will light up, showing that the glasses are powered on.

The LED color will also briefly indicate the battery level:

• Red – Battery level is 0-20%
• Green – Battery level is above 20%

If the battery is low, the LED will flash red, and the glasses will turn off when the battery is fully depleted.

• Your glasses may have run out of battery. Place the glasses on the charging pad to recharge them. The charging pad’s LED will turn green when the glasses are fully charged (above 96%).

Alternatively, if the issue isn't solved and the Glasses are still unresponsive, please follow this procedure to restart the Glasses:

STEP 1: Press and hold the button on the right temple for 12 seconds until the Glasses shuts down.

STEP 2: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to power the Glasses on again.

My charging pad is not turning on / seems unresponsive. What should I do?

Try checking:

1. The charging position: Make sure the charging area of the pad is facing up and the glasses are placed flat and properly aligned with the charging area.
2. Connections: Verify the charging pad is securely connected to the cable, and the cable is firmly connected to the transformer. Loose connections can prevent the pad from working.
3. Use an appropriate power adapter and cable: use a standard USB-C charger or USB-C power source (minimum 5V) to connect the supplied charging pad and USB-C cable.
4. Transformer: Ensure the transformer is functioning and not damaged, as a faulty one can disrupt charging.

My remote control is not turning on / seems unresponsive. What should I do?

If your remote control is unresponsive or does not turn on, the first step is to check if the battery is correctly positioned in its compartment. Alternatively, consider replacing the battery if it's been about six months. To replace the battery:

1. Open the battery compartment:
Use a pin or toothpick to gently open the battery compartment.

2. Replace the battery:
Remove the old battery with a pin or toothpick, and insert a new CR2450 battery, ensuring the correct orientation.

3. Close the compartment:
Slide the battery compartment door back in place until it clicks securely.

4. Test the remote:
Try turning it on again. If it's still unresponsive, ensure the new battery is working or explore additional troubleshooting options.
