The Charging Pad is an accessory designed to wirelessly charge your Nuance Audio™ Plus. To ensure proper operation, avoid placing the Charging Pad on metallic surfaces.
To use the Charging Pad:
1. Connect the USB-C cable (included in the package) to the Charging Pad
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a wall adapter or power source (minimum 5V)
3. Fold the Glasses and place them upside down on the Charging Pad as shown below
The built-in magnets help position the Glasses correctly for optimal charging.
Charging Pad LED indications:
• Orange: Charging in progress
• Green: Glasses fully charged (96% or higher)
Battery level indications:
When the Glasses stop charging, the LED indicator on the frame displays the battery level for few seconds before turning off automatically:
• Green: Battery level above 90%
• Orange: Battery level between 21% and 89%
• Red: Battery level below 20%
Charging Pad information, including the serial number, hardware version, and firmware version, is available in the Nuance Audio App under "My Glasses".
With Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus, you can:
• Switch between Frontal and All-Around Audio Modes
* Frontal mode focuses amplification on sounds coming from the front
* All-Around mode amplifies sounds and speech from all directions
• Adjust the volume level (1–5)
• Change the preset (A, B, C, or D)
• Set up your Glasses, including language selection and calibration
Please note that Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus can be used for most configurations, including volume adjustment, preset changes, answering or ending calls, language selection, and calibration. Firmware updates can only be performed using the Nuance Audio™ App.

To pair Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus with your Glasses:
• If this is your first time using the Remote Plus, remove the battery tab before proceeding
• Turn on the Glasses
• Press and hold either the "+" or "−" button on the Glasses until the blue LED starts blinking. The Glasses will remain in pairing mode for 3 minutes
• Press and hold the side button on Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus for 8 seconds until the blue LED starts blinking. The remote will remain in pairing mode for 3 minutes.
• Hold the Remote Plus close to the Glasses
• Pairing is complete when both devices display a solid blue LED and the Glasses play a "Success" audio chime.
If you prefer not to use the Nuance Audio™ App to set up and control your Glasses, a store associate can help you create an account and pair your Glasses with Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus. Please note that firmware updates require the Nuance Audio App. If a firmware update is needed, you will be notified and asked to return to the store.

Yes. Nuance Audio™ Remote Plus can be paired with up to two pairs of Nuance Audio™ Plus and will automatically control the pair that is being worn.

The Nuance Audio™ Plus - Charging Case is used both to wirelessly recharge the Nuance Audio™ Plus and to safely store them while on the go.
When fully opened, it functions as a Charging Pad, allowing the Glasses to charge without being stored inside the case.
Please note that the Charging Case only works with Nuance Audio™ Plus, it cannot be used to charge Nuance Audio™ Plus (Gen 1).
